重庆陆海国际传播公益基金会（简称重庆陆海基金会）是致力于“助力重庆城市国际传播，促进陆海文明交流互鉴”的非营利组织。支持重庆公益创新，推动中外民间交往，参与全球人权治理。联合相关智库、企业、公益组织和青年人才共同行动，讲述这座国际化、绿色化、智能化、人文化大都市的奋斗故事。

Luhai International Communication Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to “helping the international communication of Chongqing and promoting the exchanges and mutual learning of land and sea civilizations”. We support public welfare innovation in Chongqing, encourage people-to-people exchanges between China and other countries, and participate in global human rights governance. We join hands with relevant think tanks, enterprises, public welfare organizations and young talent to tell the story of Chongqing, an international, green, intelligent and culture-oriented metropolis.
