上海市外商投资协会

上海市外商投资协会（Shanghai Foreign Investment Association）成立于1988年3月，是由在沪外商投资企业组成的非营利性社会组织。协会在上海市民政局登记注册，业务主管单位为上海市商务委员会。协会宣传国家对外开放、鼓励外商投资的法律和政策，努力为会员提供专业服务，增进会员与政府的交流。截至2021年12月，协会共有近900家会员。
Established in March, 1988, Shanghai Foreign Investment Association (SHFIA) is a non-profit organization composed of foreign-invested enterprises as well as institutions, organizations and professionals engaged in foreign investment services in Shanghai. SHFIA is under the guidance of Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce and registers with the Shanghai Civil Affairs Bureau.
Following the country’s opening up laws and policies, SHFIA strives to provide its members with top-notch professional services. We’re committed to enhancing the connection and cooperation between enterprises and the government, enterprises and enterprises, and enterprises and the public, conducting policy advocacy to eliminate market barriers, protecting the legitimate rights and interests of foreign-invested enterprises, promoting corporate social responsibilities, so as to support foreign-invested enterprises’ sustainable growth in Shanghai.
