Good World Solutions (GWS) is an award-winning social enterprise recognized by the Tech Awards, Global Social Benefit Incubator, GSMA Global Mobile Awards, Ashoka and Clinton Global Initiative. We build transparency across global supply chains by implementing scalable web and mobile technologies. Our solutions help brands and factories to monitor working conditions, track social impact, and communicate directly with workers at the base-of-the-pyramid.
Labor Link, our flagship product, uses mobile phones to connect directly with factory and farm workers through surveys and broadcasts. Surveys are designed to measure working conditions, job satisfaction and worker needs, and track the effectiveness of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs. In a few short years, Labor Link has reached over 140,000 farmers and workers in 16 countries, including China, Bangladesh and India, giving respondents an anonymous reporting channel and giving companies/factories real-time data from their supply chains.
