CCEEE is a newly established and China-rooted NGO with global view, which is initiated by Energy Foundation China.

CCEEE, serves as an integrated communication and collaboration platform and catalyst to advance energy efficiency policies, governance, technologies, investment, and best practices. It will focus on following activities:
 Establish an integrated communication and collaboration platform as well as knowledge hub for the stakeholders in energy efficiency field.
 Conduct independent and in-depth strategic assessment on policies and programs, help forge a competitive exchange and cooperation in the field.
 Facilitate enterprises to identify CO2 mitigation options and provide technical solutions for enterprises.
 Build capacity and disseminate best practices on energy efficiency.
 Enhance international exchange and cooperation.
