同语简介
同语是一个民间非营利组织，成立于2005年1月。同语关注中国在性倾向或性别身份上遭受压迫的群体，旨在通过社群动员、公共教育和政策倡导，推动公众对多元性别议题的认知，消除歧视，争取平等权益。
2008年，同语获得荷兰妈妈现金基金会“她改变了世界”奖。

同语的核心价值：平等，多元，开放。

About Common Language
Who we are
Common Language is a community-based non-profit organization established in January 2005. Common Language focuses on Chinese communities suffering from oppression based on sexual orientation and gender identity and endeavors to educate the general public on sexual diversity issues, eradicate discrimination and fight for equal rights through community mobilizing, public education, and policy advocacy.

In 2008, Common Language was awarded Netherlands’ Mama Cash “She Changes the World” award.

我们的工作
公众教育
青年学生及公众的多元性别平等意识得到提升，特别是在跨性别、性权及交叉歧视议题，减少针对性倾向和性别身份的歧视，搭建青年学者和研究资源网络平台；

What we do:
Education & Advocacy
Common Language educates students and the general public on sexual and gender diversity issues, especially on trans* and sexual rights issues, eradicating sexual orientation and gender identity-based discrimination, as well as forming networks of youth scholars and research resources.

政策倡导
法律和反歧视领域专家和律师的性别多元意识得以提高，同志群体的法律保护意识有所提升；

Policy Advocacy
Common language educates legal experts and lawyers on sexual and gender diversity issues, as well as raises awareness of legal rights within the LGBT community.

社区发展
拉拉小组及青年学生的组织和行动的能力得到进一步提高，以推动同志组织参与中国公民社会运动；

Community Development
Common Language supports student groups and grassroots LBT (lesbian, bisexual, and trans*) groups in activism capacity building and to propel LGBT participation in China’s civil society movement.
