能源与交通创新中心

能源与交通创新中心（iCET）是致力于清洁交通、能源转型和气候变化领域研究与发展的专业智库机构，是在中国北京注册的非营利性社会组织。

iCET核心使命是为政府、企业、公众提供能够缓解能源和气候危机并创造绿色能源生态体系所急需的创新型解决方案。

iCET目前主要在清洁交通变革、清洁技术创新、气候智慧型政策与实践以及大数据与可持续发展等领域开展创新工作。 过去的十几年中，作为清洁交通、能源及气候政策的智库机构，iCET建立了良好的声誉。我们深刻认识到气候变化问题的严峻性，因而一直专注于为全球寻求可行的解决方案。我们秉着创新的原则，致力于科学研究，并保证成果的独立性和实用性。我们专注于促进技术与政策的变革，以解决问题为导向积极与国际国内各方建立合作关系，倡导绿色生活方式与可持续发展模式。我们的主要工作职责是：

– 引荐国际最佳实践方案：鉴选国际上低碳发展和气候变化政策领域内的最佳实践方案；评估这些实践方案在国家及地方执行的可行性；介绍和引荐适合于国情和各地政府的实践方案。

– 专业咨询及能力建议：帮助政府和企业进行清洁交通、能源转型和低碳发展的能力建设，提供战略建议；就提高能源效率和减少碳排放进行深入分析和政策研究；作为专业机构在相关技术和政策领域发表研究成果和政策建议。

– 规划与协调：组织与气候变化、节能、清洁低碳交通技术及政策相关的国际会议和论坛；与各利益相关方交流、合作，并协调各利益相关方之间的关系，他们包括：中央及地方政府、企业、国内外非政府组织、学术研究机构及普通消费者等。

– 公共宣传：借助公共媒体对政府和公众进行环保宣传和教育；提高公众环保意识及消费者对绿色产品的需求。
