和大鱼在做的事情

北川羌族自治县大鱼青少年公益发展中心，前身为中国心志愿者团队。中国心志愿者团队成立于2008年5月15日，前身是四川抗震救灾志愿者组织，2008年5月26日，中国心正式进驻北川开展抗震救灾工作，并于2008年6月17日更名为中国心志愿者团队。

Beichuan Big Fish Public Welfare Development Center is a non-profit organization, the predecessor of which is The Chinese Heart Volunteer Team. The Chinese Heart Volunteer Team was established in May 15, 2008, the predecessor of which was the Sichuan Earthquake-Relief Volunteer Organization. This team started to carry out earthquake relief work in Beichuan on May 26, 2008, and changed its name to The Chinese Heart Volunteer Team on June 17, 2008.



中国心在北川已扎根九年，从临时、自发的志愿者团队逐步蜕变为专业、组织有序的公益组织，并设有品质助学、社区发展、灾害应对三大部门。其中品质助学部通过经济助学、心灵助学、个案关注等方式为困境儿童提供帮助，从经济方面减轻困境家庭经济负担，心灵方面通过成长营、陪伴计划、影像计划、远眺计划等陪伴活动提升学生自信，促进他们身心健康成长。

为了保证助学项目的专业化、持续化发展，2016年5月，品质助学部正式独立注册为北川羌族自治县大鱼青少年公益发展中心，专注于青少年发展和成长。

The Chinese Heart Volunteer Team has been rooted in Beichuan for nine years. It gradually transformed from a temporary, spontaneous volunteer team into a professional, orderly organized non-profit organization with three departments，namely, the Aid Education Department, the Community Development Department, the Disaster Response Department.

In all of the three departments, Aid Education Department is the predecessor of the Big Fish Public Welfare Development Center. It helped those disadvantaged children by offered economic assistance, psychological assistance, case study and special concern to them. On one hand, it helped to alleviate the financial burden of the disadvantaged family through financial support. On the other hand, it designed a series of projects, like the Growth Camp, the Companion Plan on weekends for the left-behind children, the Image Plan, The Overlooking Plan, to enhance the disadvantaged children’s self-confidence and promote their psychological development.

In order to promote the professionalization and sustainability of the Aid Education work, Aid Education Department was officially registered as Beichuan Big Fish Public Welfare Development Center on May 2016, focusing on the development and growth of children and adolescents.

关于大鱼：
鱼有逆流而上的特征，而我们服务的青少年多处于困境和逆境之中，将他们比作鱼，希望他们级够在困境和逆境中逆流而上！同时，大鱼一词出自庄子《逍遥游》，而《逍遥游》中传递出的对自由、精神独立的追求，我们希望青少年在困境中也能遵从本心自由成长，拥有独立的精神世界和健全的人生观，最终如鲲鹏一般，扶摇直上。
About The Big Fish：
In Chinese traditional culture, fish is given the meaning of countercurrent. Similarly, many of children and adolescents we serve are in plight or adversity now. We hope that they can bravely face the challenges in their lives and get rid of all of the plight or adversity.

At the same time, the term “Big Fish” comes from a classical masterpiece in China, namely, A Happy Excursion, Written by Zhuangzi. In this article, the author expresses his pursuit of freedom and independent spiritual world. Similarly, we hope that children or adolescents can follow their own heart, grow up with an independent spiritual world, and develop a healthy attitude towards life.

LOGO解释：
蓝绿橙三色给成的主体形象是一条向上跃起的大鱼，代表机构的名字以及向上希望；而中间的白色部分则是一个双手展开的人形，象征青少年张开双臂拥抱未来。
Explanations to the LOGO:
A leap-up big fish consist of three colors, blue, green and orange. It represents the organization’s name and our wishes. The white part in the middle is a human being whose hands are opening, symbolizing children and adolescents who bravely embrace their future.

颜色解释：
LOGO由蓝级橙三种颜色组成，三种颜色分别代表了大鱼公益的三个主要项目板块。

绿色代表经济助学，象征着项目的透明与严谨，同时也象征着生命与生机；

橙色代表个案救助，象征救助的紧迫性，同时也象征着个案救助项目给受助学生和家庭带来的温暖和帮助；

蓝色代表心灵助学，同时也是机构的主体色。鲲在海上，鹏在天上，而大海和天空都是蓝色，蓝色承载着我们对青少年美好的祝愿。而同时，蓝色也象征着自由、理想、勇气与理智。这些美好的品质，正是我们对青少年成长的美好希冀。

Explanations to colors:
LOGO consists of three colors, blue, green and orange. Each of them represents a main section in this organization, respectively.

Green represents Economic Aid Section, which have the characteristics of transparency and conscientiousness. This color also symbolizes life and vitality.

Orange represents Case Relief Section. It symbolizes the urgency of case relief as well as bringing warmth to the disadvantaged family;

Blue, the main color of the logo, represents Psychological Assistance Section, like the Growth Camp, the Companion Plan, the Image Plan, the Overlooking Plan, and so on. Blue is the color of sky. This color, symbolizing so many beautiful qualities, like freedom, ideals, courage and reason, can express our best wishes for those children and adolescents.


项目简介
Introductions to Projects
经济助学：
通过一对一的资助模式，每学期为困境家庭学生提供在校生活费补助，减轻困境学生家庭经济负担，为其顺利完成学业提供保障。
Financial Aid Project:
Through one-to-one funding model, we provide student in dilemma family with financial support each semester, which can cover their living expenses in school. It can help to alleviate economic burden of these families and promote students’ confidence to successfully complete their schooling.



凉山品质助学：
为凉山困境家庭女童提供均等受教育机会，通过资助在校生活费、生活用品、学习用品保证其正常就学，同时通过生活管理员的管理促进其良好行为习惯的养成。
Financial Aid Project in Liangshan Area:
The aim of this project is to facilitate girls of disadvantaged families in Liangshan with equal access to education. We try to ensure their normal attending school by providing financial support, daily necessities and school supplies to them. At the same time, we employ life managers to help them to develop good living habits.



那山成长营：
前身为2008年汶川地震以后的帐篷学校，主要招募来自全国各地的志愿者为震区儿童提供心理抚慰、课业辅导等帮助。随着震后就学条件的恢复和改善，辅导班的功能也逐渐发展为帮助北川儿童拓展视野、提升自信，并促进他们和志愿者共同成长的夏令营活动。

2015年夏令营正式得名“那山成长营”，取义于“既然山不过能过来，那我们就过去吧”。成长营旨在通过素质拓展、艺术课程、影像计划、生存体验等活动和课程设计，丰富北川儿童的暑期生活，并为北川儿童提供综合素质教育；同时成长营还可以为全国各地的大学生提供公益服务平台，让大学生通过公益服务增强社会责任感。

That-Hill Growth Camp:
The Predecessor of Growth Camp was the Post-disaster Tents School established after the Wenchuan Earthquake in 2008. We recruited volunteers from all over the country at that time, offering psychological comfort and school counseling to children in disaster area. As the recovery and improvement of schooling condition, the function of our Tents School was weaken. We gradually transformed it into summer camp, which aims to expand horizons and enhance self-confidence of children and adolescents in Beichuan. During this summer camp, we can promote the growth of both volunteers and children.

In 2015, the summer camp formally got a new name, Nashan Growth Camp. It means that since children in poor mountains cannot come here, then we go there.

The Nashan Growth Camp aims to enrich the summer life of children in Beichuan through designing activities such as quality development, art curriculum, photography, survival experience and so on, and provide comprehensive quality education for Beichuan children. At the same time, the Growth Camp can also provide public welfare platform for college students all through the country, so that students can strengthen their social responsibility by volunteer services.



驻校社工：
自然灾害频发，单亲家庭、重组家庭越来越多，以及儿童留守等现象，导致部分青少年出现行为失控、心理失衡、道德失范等问题，且逐日凸显。

对于儿童青少年来说，家庭和学校是他们主要的学习成长环境，且在义务教育阶段他们更多的时间是在学校里度过，因而学校教育就显得尤为重要。驻校社工作为学校教育的辅助力量，可充分发挥其资源整合的专业能力，以“助人自助”为核心理念，联合学校、社区以及社会资源等，以专业的技能共同帮助学生完成学业和健康成长。

the School Social Work Project:
There are many natural disasters occurring in Beichuan. Additionally, there are more and more single-parent families and re-organized families, as well as left-behind children. All of these factors result in problems in children and adolescents, like deviant behaviors, psychological imbalance, moral anomie and so on.

Family and school are the main living environments for children and adolescents. Besides, they spend more time in school in the stage of compulsory education instead of in family. As a consequence, school education is vital for them. As a supplement of school education, the school social work project can give full play to its professional ability. Under the guidance of “Help them help themselves”, this project help students improve their academic performances and live healthily with the cooperation of the school, the community and the society.



影像计划：
“影像计划”始于2013年雅安地震，大鱼公益（北川羌魂）第一时间赶赴灾区芦山了解实际情况，很多孩子无法正常上课，并且在心理上不同程度受到影响。机缘巧合下我们与福幼展开了合作，首次在芦山开始“影像计划”。

继芦山“影像计划”后，福幼基金会为北川学生资助了200台相机，让学生用相机记录自己、家庭、学校及社区的变化，通过影像计划发现逆境中的美，借此缓解学生在逆境中的成长压力。目前影像计划结合成长营主题及学校小组活动两种模式开展。
the Image Plan:
Ya’an earthquake occurred in 2013, and the Image Plan started in the same year. The predecessor of Big Fish came to the disaster area to know of the actual condition. In Ya’an, They found that many children couldn’t have normal class since the school had been badly destroyed. What’s more, there are many people whose mind was deeply affected in this disaster. Thanks to the funding from Fu You Foundation, we started to carry out Image Plan in Lushan, Ya’an .

After that, Fu You Foundation funded 200 cameras for students in Beichuan, facilitating them to record changes of their own lives, containing their families, schools and communities. By doing so, we aim to ease students’ stress when faced with adversity and help them find the beauty in their lives. At present, this project is mainly conducted in two models, a part of the Growth Camp and group activities on weekends.


生计助学：
授人以鱼不如授人以渔，我们期望探索一条经济助学-心灵助学-生计助学发展路径，扎根北川，用志愿精神和专业能力关注灾后困境家庭及社区的生计发展，从给予的资助方式到自助的助学发展路径中，真正让困境中的儿童有尊严的受助，使儿童成长为有益于社会的公民。
Aid students through providing them with assistance in family livelihoods:
Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime. We hope to explore a systematic developmental path for disadvantaged children in Beichuan, namely, from economic aid to psychological assistantship to providing them with assistance in family livelihoods.
Rooted in Beichuan, by using volunteerism and professional ability, we keep our eyes on the economic development of disadvantaged families and communities. Changing our aiding form from a given funding model to a self-help model, we purpose to let disadvantaged children gain assistance with dignity, so that they are more likely to become citizens who will benefit the society.


远眺计划：
针对儿童学习动机不明确、对未来迷茫等问题，开展大学参观、职业规划等活动，帮助儿童拓展视野、建立更完善的学习动机、对人生有理想、有规划。
The Overlooking Plan:
Faced with prevalent problems in disadvantaged children and adolescents, like vigorous academic motivation and confused life prospects, we carry out activities such as university visits, career planning, in order to help those children and adolescents expand their horizons, establish a better academic motivation, and have a clear planning for their life.


种子计划：
种子计划选拔出具备志愿服务精神、认同中国心公益理念的优秀职中生、大学生作为“种子”，以公益实践为契机，提供提升能力、锻炼自我的平台，在承担责任、执行工作的过程中了解自我、锻炼沟通能力、提升团队合作能力、培养创新意识，在此同时回馈社会、培养公民意识和社会责任感；同时，为中国心团队的储备新生公益力量，保证团队的持续健康发展.
The Seed Plan:
The Seed Plan aim to select those students who are willing to serve others as volunteers and, more importantly, who agree to the philosophy concept of us. Most of them are outstanding college students or university students. We create a platform for them to strengthen comprehensive ability and promote self-training. For them, it’s also a good opportunity to know more about themselves, improve communication skills, enhance teamwork ability, and cultivate innovation consciousness. What’s more, this project can also cultivate their civic consciousness and social responsibility so as to help them make more contributions to the society. At the same time, it helps to cultivate talents for The Chinese Heart Volunteer Team to ensure the sustainability and healthy development of the team.


海润个案基金：
2012年10月由浙江应行久外语实验学校发起成立的【海润个案基金】，旨在应对部分受助学生因为家庭遭遇意外变故或重大疾病而面临的辍学风险。并通过持续跟进学生家庭并整合社会资源帮助其渡过难关。
Hairun Case Fund:
The “Hairui Case Fund” was initiated by Zhejiang Ying Xingjiu Foreign Language Experimental School In October 2012. This fund aims to help those students who are under the risk of quitting school due to some accidents or major illness happening in their families. Not only give them one-time financial aid, we keep following up their families and try our best to integrate social resources so as to accompany them get through the difficulty.


个案关注：
机构为有特殊需求的资助学生提供个案辅导、心理咨询、资源链接等服务，并从受助学生家庭、学校、社区等相关方进行介入开展个案工作，给予个案学生全方面的关怀与支持。
Case Study and Special Concern:
The organization provides students in need with some special services like case tutoring, psychological counseling, resource link and so on. We aim to give students comprehensive care and support by co-working with students’ families, schools, communities and other related parties.
