国际教育协会

The Institute of International Education (IIE) is a private, not-for-profit leader in the international exchange of people and ideas, which was founded in 1919 and is based on New York.The Institute currently implements more than 200 programs from 185 nations.With global headquarters in New York City, IIE also has regional offices in Beijing (established in 2001) and Hong Kong (established in 1967), among many other cities around the world. In the meantime, IIE is rated a 4-star charity by Charity Navigator in the United States, recently named among Top 10 Charities by CNBC in 2015.
国际教育协会 （ www.iie.org ） 是一家国际性的非营利组织，成立于1919年，总部设在美国纽约，在全球185个国家开展了共计200多个项目；香港办公室成立于1967年，北京办公室成立于2001年。国际教育协会被美国 Charity Navigator 连续8年评为4星级非营利组织，也于2015年被 CNBC 评为改变世界的10大公益机构。

The Institute of International Education (IIE) also has a long history of promoting educational exchange between students, scholars, and professionals. We collaborate with government and sponsors over scholarship programs, and also work with many world class foundation to help to make their work more effective.Within IIE’s value and mission we focus on international education exchange cooperation including the flagship Fulbright program administered for the U.S. Department of State via the China Scholarship Council and Chinese government in recent decades, and offers support to scholars as Schwarzman Scholars program with Tsinghua University in 2016.
国际教育协会通过与各国政府、跨国企业、高校、教育机构合作开展各类奖学金项目；同时也与世界级的非政府组织、公益机构、基金会等一起实施学习交流项目。凭着IIE的价值观和使命，我们专注于国际教育交流合作，这其中就包括管理由美国国务院资助，和中国留学基金委员会的富布赖特项目，该项目已在中国开展了近60多年；此外今年清华大学的苏世民项目也是由IIE在全球范围进行管理的。


IIE Beijing office also hosts the Regional Educational Advising Coordinator, who works closely with Education USA staff at the US Embassies and consulates in the region to promote US higher education.
