Pacific, Education, Advocacy, Research, and Learning Institute (P.E.A.R.L. Institute), a non-profit organization, was founded in 1993 by a group of Asian-Pacific Island community leaders who were committed to addressing community and human service needs.
美国亚太社会工作研究所是一家致力于跨文化交流与实践，集教育、倡导、研究和培训一体的非营利组织。美国亚太社会工作研究，于2015年在纽约成立，其前身亚太社工研究所（P.E.A.R.L. Institute ），是由一群来自不同专业背景的亚裔社区领袖，于1993年在美国加州共同创建。
